Simpleview Appoints Account Strategist to Boost the Client Experience

Simpleview Europe has created the new role of Account Strategist to support the Account Management team and improve the overall client experience.
Formerly a Senior Account Manager at Simpleview, Sarah Harrington comes to the role with 10 years of experience and an expert knowledge of working with our DMOs and product portfolio. Her primary focus will be on providing guidance and the latest information, in terms of product functionality and features, to the Account Managers and Business Development Manager.
The creation of the new post aims to build a bridge between the development teams, suppliers and Account Managers to streamline the new product launch process and ensure that our clients have a seamless experience, from enquiry to go live.
Sarah will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for new developments to ensure that the Simpleview platform continues to meet the needs of our clients and evolves in line with industry expectations.
Sarah comments: "I’m really excited about the new role. Having worked with our clients for over ten years, I feel that I have a good grasp of their needs and Simpleview’s product capabilities and I look forward to continuing to support clients behind the scenes, especially as we begin to offer more of the products and services available to the US market."
Sarah will also represent Simpleview at user groups, expert days, tender meetings, demos and workshops so hopefully our clients will get an opportunity to meet her soon…
