Spring Events Update - Some Dates for your Diary
5th April 2019
Categories: Our News
We’re looking forward to catching up with all our clients and partners at this year’s TMI Hot Topic conference which takes place on Thursday 23rd May at the University of Westminster, London.
We’re proud to be official sponsors of the event again which is expected to be attended by over 90 tourism destination management practitioners, consultants, industry and higher education representatives and students.
This year’s Hot Topic will be focusing on how you can enhance the appeal of your destination through events and experiences. As always, both formal and informal networking sessions, inspirational and informative speakers and topics will be featured, with an opportunity for our clients to share best practice and get up to date with what’s happening at New Mind | tellUs.
A drinks reception and book launch of ‘Destination London: The Expansion of the Visitor Economy’ by Dr Andrew Smith and Professor Anne Graham will be held on the evening before the Hot Topic, followed by a trip to a local hostelry. On the morning of the event (from 9.15 – 9.45am) there are 15 places available for delegates to go on a short tour of the Langham Hotel, just a few minutes away from the University (places must be pre-booked).
Booking is now open so make sure you book your place before the 30th April 2019 to take advantage of the early bird discount. You can check out the speakers and full programme on the Hot Topic website.
We look forward to catching up at the event!
On the 21st and 22nd May our colleagues in the USA are hosting the 2019 Simpleview Summit in the heart of Arizona at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
We’re giving away a limited number of free tickets (delegates must pay for their own flights and accommodation) to any of our clients who are interested in attending. Simpleview’s clients will be taking centre stage at the event, presenting case studies and real-life examples of how Simpleview products have transformed their destinations. Members of the Simpleview and New Mind | tellUs teams, from account managers to analysts, developers to digital marketers will also be attending, providing an opportunity for clients to introduce themselves, pick their brains or share a drink at one of the many networking events.
If you’re interested in attending and would like to find out more about obtaining a ticket, contact your account manager before Thursday 18th April. More information on the event can be found on the Simpleview Summit website.
