A new site for the Alpine paradise of Alto Piemonte delivers two firsts for New Mind | tellUs; our first project in Italy and our first site to be translated into Italian.

Alto Piemonte is located in the foothills of the Italian alps at the very top of the Piedmont Region. The area includes four provinces; Biella, Vercelli, Novara and Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, all offering an abundance of reasons to visit including a mild climate, compelling scenery, cultural treasures of any kind and a landscape which ranges from rice fields to glaciers.  The new site, www.visitaltopiemonte.com sets out to put the area on the map as a top European destination.

The popular Tourism Pro solution from New Mind | tellUs is the platform of choice, providing the young tourism organization with a great balance of functionality and affordability.  The site champions the area’s best assets, ie. food, wine, history, culture and outdoor activities, reiterating the year-round proposition, ease of access and long-standing tradition of hospitality.

Visitors are presented with a range of itineraries for various trip durations, weather conditions and seasons and intuitive mapping functionality provides an ‘at a glance’ view of Alto Piemonte’s accommodation, attractions, food and drink, shopping and activities offer to enable visitors to plan their trip with ease.

Wine is in the spotlight too. The area’s wine industry has experienced a regeneration over the last two decades and now produces some great value, cellar-worthy wines. Alto Piemonte is all about terroir-driven, hand-crafted wines in small batches, perfectly suitable for long aging. Enthusiasts can browse a range of winery tours to give them the opportunity to sample the finest wines that the region has to offer.

Wilhelm Kuhn of Alto Piemonte Turismo comments "Ever since we had got wind that there is a company out there called New Mind | tellUs that sits on a mountain of expertise and experience for e-tourism, we were adamant to become their clients. Everything from the first welcome at Liverpool right through to the finishing touches before go-live has been very professional, straightforward, committed to our cause, and on top of all that, very helpful and friendly. We are aware that go-live with visitaltopiemonte.com is just the beginning, and we look forward to a fruitful and rewarding partnership for both sides."

The site will also feature English and German language versions, with more dedicated language versions to come.
