Tourism Media Group and Simpleview Merge

The Tourism Media Group, comprising New Mind | tellUs and NVG, has merged with Simpleview, the global leader in software and digital services for the destination marketing industry.

The combined companies now serve 900 destination management and tourism organisations across six continents. With headquarters in Tucson, Arizona and Liverpool, England, the combined entity employs more than 300 staff in offices spanning 19 time zones.

"We've seen in tourism organisations on both sides of the Atlantic a real desire to learn from each other," said Simpleview CEO Ryan George. Simpleview President Richard Reasons said that the companies' combined destination management technologies -- along with SEO and other digital marketing services -- also present opportunities for greater efficiencies between country-level tourism organisations and local-level destination marketing. 

Earlier this month, Simpleview was designated the exclusive 'ROI Champion' of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) based largely on the workflow, collaboration and reporting capabilities of its CRM platform and Partner Extranet.
