Mixing with Royalty - New Site for Visit Windsor On its Way...

New Mind | tellUs has the opportunity to promote some of the UK's most iconic tourism attractions, all from one platform, following the decision to redevelop the Visit Windsor website this month.

The site will be the 3rd in a line of successful websites developed by New Mind | tellUs to promote the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, this time adopting the Tourism Pro template.

Located in South East England less than 30 minutes from the capital, the Royal Borough is crowned by the stunning Windsor Castle and linked by the River Thames, offering a rich mix of history, culture, heritage and fun.  

The new site will enable the destination to increase awareness and boost ticket sales for some of its internationally renowned events and attractions. Swift access to information on Windsor Castle, the largest and oldest inhabited castle in the world and the Queen's favourite weekend home will be enabled, as well as Changing the Guard, Ascot and Windsor Racecourses, Legoland Windsor Resort, boating along the River Thames, beautiful gardens, superb shopping and dining and much more. The site's core proposition will focus on the destination's huge tourism potential, particularly for the family market, with the intention of motivating visitors to book short breaks and overnight stays.  

The new Visit Windsor site will also feature an integrated blog, social media feeds, TripAdvisor integration for accommodation, attractions and places to eat and income generating banner ads. Polling functionality will be enabled to allow visitors to search for accommodation and make price comparisons with ease before booking.
