New Mind | tellUs has been selected by Conference Plymouth to develop a new site which will place Britain's Ocean City firmly on the map as a top event event destination.
Conference Plymouth provides a complete event management service to the corporate market, offering access to a diverse range of quality conference and meeting venues, both centrally located in one of Europe's most vibrant waterfront cities and in the surrounding countryside.
The new updated site will replace a microsite which was originally developed by New Mind | tellUs in 2011. The responsive design and rich functionality of the Visit Plymouth tourism site will be inherited whilst retaining the Conference Plymouth brand identity. An image-led design will be supported by great content on the city's comprehensive conference solution including quality venues, accommodation, attractions and food and drink.
Kim Downer, Vice Chair of Conference Plymouth and Business Development Manager of Plymouth Pavilions comments: "We are delighted that through the support of our members and BID Partners, Plymouth Waterfront Partnership, we have the resource to invest in a brand new microsite with New Mind | tellUs to promote Conference Plymouth. I’m confident that with their expertise in working with visitor and business tourism destinations, our new website will put Plymouth firmly on the map as a fantastic destination for conferences, meetings and events."
New Mind | tellUs has a track record of success in the development of conference websites, with Marketing Manchester, Visit Bergen, Visit Brighton, Visit Bristol, to name a few, already benefiting from the company's events expertise.
This latest project for the destination of Plymouth follows the development of a new tourism site in October 2016, launched as part of the preparations for the 400 year anniversary of the Mayflower sailing in 2020, and more recently the creation of a new InvestPlymouth website.
