Job Title: Client Trainer and Sales Support  
Salary: £32-35k - based on experience 
Position: Full Time/ home based

Job Purpose

The primary focus of the role is to support Simpleview clients through virtual and face to face training on all Simpleview systems including DMS, CMS and additional platforms. 
 
You will be required to create and plan training materials and programmes to address the specific training requirements of the client in collaboration with the Account Managers. Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of the training is a priority. 
 
You will be required to work with the Account Managers and team to create collateral on the company’s products, systems, and services to assist in the sales process. You will also be required to ensure that communication on updates, new products and any other relevant information is shared regularly with the team. 

Special Competencies (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Developing and implementing

  • To carry out research, planning and training nots for all training provided to Simpleview clients. To also follow up on the sessions and monitor success.
  • To support the Account Managers in the delivery of all client facing training, support programmes and information and to develop a range of resources to support learning, client growth and communication. 

2. Communication and working relationships

  • Ensuring that clear and timely communication of information, ensuring the appropriate level of confidentiality. All communication must be carried out in a professional manner using a variety of methods. 
  • Dealing with queries from clients and Account Managers, responding quickly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Updating all client records in the company CRM and ensuring that all traces and activities are reacted to in a timely manner.

3. System knowledge (usage and interpretation)

  • Monitoring the usage and performance of end users to best advice on getting the most from the products and services already purchased. 
  • Building up and maintaining a detailed knowledge about the DMS and its functionality / modules and contributing ideas and suggestions to the development of the DMS platform. Attending training, support and updating sessions as required.

4. Industry knowledge and trend awareness

To spot opportunities for new developments and to help the client conceptualise their requirements.

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience of developing and implementing training programmes. 
  • Excellent IT literacy with experience. 
  • Knowledge of various training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom, mentoring and e-learning sessions. 
  • Ability to think on your feet. 
  • Ability to track the performance of training and write reports and recommend strategies for improvement. 
  • Enthusiasm to learn/share your knowledge & experience with colleagues/clients. 
  • Ability to work as a part of a team. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
