We are looking to add to our professional, dedicated and hardworking team an independent, talented, top-notch SEO Analyst with a great work ethic who thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve.


The SEO Analyst will act as the link between Simpleview SEO clients and the SEO team. The SEO Analyst will provide expertise and strategic consulting to clients for all SEO efforts. These efforts will focus on growing traffic and conversions through organic search engine optimization but may also involve consultation on a variety of digital marketing elements. 

The SEO Analyst will work with clients and other SEO resources (SEO Specialists, SEM Developers, etc.) to determine campaign strategy, define goals for campaigns, and then execute them. The SEO Analyst will be responsible for the project management of these campaigns in order to ensure that they are executed on time profitably, and effectively. The SEO Analyst will be responsible for accurately understanding the SEO client’s goals and objectives for each campaign and effectively communicating that information to each team involved with the campaign. 

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a client-facing role. These skills include, but are not limited to, developing and executing on-page search engine optimization initiatives to drive incremental search traffic, analysis and optimization recommendations for website content and navigation structure to improve search engine rankings for key search terms, and researching industry trends to ensure on-page optimization is up to date and in compliance with industry best practices.


  • Analyze data trends and SEO performance, develop solid strategic SEO plans, and conduct SEO activities to attain high visibility on search engines.
  • Implement creative ways to improve SEO results and work closely in a consultative role with the clients and SEO team.
  • Keep pace with SEO techniques, search engine changes, and other digital marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Brief other members of the department such as the SEO Specialists, the Paid Media team, and SEM Developers on client requirements in order to execute each campaign.
  • Compile stats and present analysis to clients for SEO campaigns.
  • Maintain responsibility for the proper execution and production of all contracted items within an SEO project’s stated scope of work.
  • Ensure campaigns are produced on time and profitably.
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of each department within Simpleview, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the client ... these areas include: Design, Organic SEO, PPC, Display Media Buys, Social Media, Analytics, CMS, and CRM. 
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face consultation, reporting, and training sessions with clients. Be able to give presentations when needed.
  • Work with SEO specialists, the Paid Media team, and SEM developers to ensure all campaign reporting is accurate and sent out in a timely manner. 
  • Create and maintain positive client relationships. Represent Simpleview and the Digital Marketing Department in a positive manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications and scope changes during project execution. Have the ability to “push back” in a polite and friendly manner to clients when unreasonable demands are made.
  • Lead and assist SEO Specialists in completing tickets and provide direction toward the best solutions.   
  • Work collaboratively.


  • Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience required.
  • Strong background in Google Analytics and/or other analytics platforms.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal staff either verbally or by email.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and conference calls with clients and internal staff.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability and skills to give effective presentations when needed.
  • Passion for all things related to SEO, willing to keep abreast of new technologies, and desire to become an in-house expert for SEO and surrounding digital technologies
