JOB SUMMARY: 

The Head of EMEA Marketing is a leading contributor in efforts to bring customers to Simpleview. This role is key to revenue goals and our vision of being the leader in our space around the world.  
 
You'll report to and work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and communication programs and coordinate with the sales department to ensure all efforts are aligned. Much of our growth strategy today focuses on business outside the US, making this a critical job.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead the EMEA Marketing team with responsibility for Eventsforce and Simpleview EMEA marketing 
  • Working with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients. 
  • Building brand awareness and maintaining a successful brand image that attracts customers to the product or service. 
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts. 
  • Developing launch plans in conjunction with the Product Marketing Managers. 
  • Researching demand for our products and services, as well as competitors. 
  • Building a knowledge of our products, services, and successes. 
  • Developing customer personas and the associated value we bring to these customers.  
  • Identifying potential new customers. 
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns. 
  • Supporting lead generation, nurturing and conversion to revenue efforts. 
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish. 
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing. 
  • Own and manage marketing KPIs and their improvement. 
  • Coordinating with the Corporate Marketing team for consistent messaging, common processes, and sharing resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related degrees 
  • 10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 year of managing people 
  • Experience working in the travel, tourism and meetings industry 
  • Self-reliant, organized high-performer with minimal daily supervision 
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to document conversations with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence paired with an outgoing personality 
  • Outstanding personal conduct and appearance in professional settings 
  • Professionalism, honesty, friendliness and a positive attitude 
  • Strong work ethic  
  • Ability to speak on webinars/seminars and be a face of the company
